SEEDFUND only acts as an organizer, not the guarantor who guarantees the security and benefits of the projects offered.

Risks that may occur but are not limited to the following possibilities:

Business : Business risk includes but is not limited to business failures or projects that do not match the analysis or projections offered in the prospectus.

Investment : Investment risk includes loss or damage suffered as a result of not collecting/achieving investment funds during the securities offering period as well as losses caused by not achieving the expected profit.

Liquidity : Investors may not be able to easily sell shares on the secondary market for shares from certain Issuers or Investors may not be able to find buyers before reselling them to other prospective Investors.

You must be aware that there is no guarantee of liquidity from SEEDFUND for your investment, your investment is not easy to be realized / liquidated. It should be understood that there may be difficulties in selling the investment at a fair price and in some circumstances it may be difficult to sell it at any price.

SEEDFUND only facilitates the sale and purchase of investors' shares on the secondary market in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK). SEEDFUND will NOT provide any recommendations or advice that can be used as a reference for buying and selling transactions on the secondary market.

Scarcity of Benefit : Every investor is entitled to get benefits in the form of dividends/coupons/ratio of investment returns according to the number of securities ownership. Benefits will be distributed according to the performance of the Issuing company. The scarcity of benefit sharing can occur because of the performance of the issuing company may not suit what has been promised.

Dilution of Share Ownership : Dilution of share ownership is a decrease in the percentage of share ownership that occurs due to an increase in the total number of shares outstanding, in which the investor concerned does not participate in buying the newly issued shares. The issuer can issue new shares if the number of bids submitted is still below the maximum limit. If the Issuer makes a share offering and new shares are issued, then SEEDFUND will open the share offering on the SEEDFUND website and mobile application and notify the previous shareholders.

If the Issuer feels the need to issue new shares, SEEDFUND will conduct a rights issue, which is to offer the investors the shares beforehand so that the number and percentage of share ownership remains the same.

Electronic System Failure Risk : Electronic systems may experience connection problems, SEEDFUND uses electronic systems and data security with ISO/IEC 27701 standards. All disturbances related to electronic systems and information technology operated by SEEDFUND may result in system disturbances or failures.
